Semantics @Roche 2022 is a great event that brings together experts around Semantics, FAIR data and Pharmaceutical.
Why FAIR data? A lot of value in organizations is hidden in their data silos. It is often difficult to find this data, access it, connect it and reuse it. By making the data more FAIR the data silos can be broken apart and the value can be leveraged.
Semantic technologies are implicitly seen as main technological means to make data more FAIR. This is achieved by attaching semantic metadata to datasets that describe them.
