Item upgrade is an evolution item that first was introduced in Generation II. This item is a special one that allows Porygon to evolve into Porygon2 when traded while being held.

In some instances, rerolling an item can substantially increase its ilvl. Rerolling an item is only beneficial if it has a rare affix.

Rerolling an object resets its base power as well as all upgrades and substats.
